practice, practice, practice and try and listen to as many different styles of music as you can. but, don't try to sound like olly, you have to develop your own style of drumming. it's ok to be influenced by olly (and that's a good thing, i definately see elements of olly in my drumming) but you have to try and mould all your influences into one. just try and play what you think sounds right and not what you think olly would think sounds right.
