I stopped and asked why she was there. She was doing some shopping and she slipped on the ice and injured her left wrist. I went to the back and let my charge nurse know that I knew her and I would take care of her. I brought her back to the room and helped her get out of her coat. She was wearing this red mini dress and boots up to her knees. Her left wrist was very swollen. I placed an ice pack on it and ordered an x-ray. When she came back I showed her the films telling her it was broke. The ortho doctors came down to see her. I asked for pain medication before they pout her in a cast. He ordered 50 mg Denerol and 8mg Zofran. I went and drew both up and brought them to her room. I explained they were going to be placing her in a cast and I had some pain medication for her. I told her they needed to go into her bottom. She leaned over the table and I raised up her dress. She on a very skimpy pair of red silk panties. I pushed them down under her round cheeks. She had cute tan lines on her butt. She junped when I gave her the zorfran shot. I placed my hand on her bottom when I gave her the demerol knowing it was going to burn more. She gasped as I injected it. After they put the cast on her I went to discharge her. She was still rubbing her butt. She told me I owe her dinner for making her butt ache. I was told to lower my jeans and panties and lie face down. I laid on that bed for 15 minutes with my butt totally exposed and this male nurse comes in and is totally surprised. He can tell I am very nervous. I am looking at the syringe and needle. It is bad enough to know you are about to get a jab in the butt, but then you have to wait. I said that sure is a long needle. he told me I should take it in the butt due to having more muscle mass. He told me to lie on my couch. I unsnapped my jeans and liad flat. he tugged down my jeans. I had on my orange tiny thong so both butt cheeks were fully exposed. he told me my butt was more amazing bare then in my shorts. he rubbed my both cheeks and then he slapped my left cheek and stuck me. before I knew it he was rubbing my bottom and helping me get my jeans up. he came in for lunch today and I waited on him. He asked me how my butt felt. I said no pain. He said I was hoping to get another look. I got a nice big tip today because on his ticket I told him to cover back over for a longer look.
