My mom would squeeze the bulb hard so I could feel the force of the fluid rushing in. There would be several insertions, probably no more than three or four and then within a few minutes I was allowed to use the toilet. Yes at times it did feel good after the nozzle was put inside and the bulb squeezed. To be truthful by mid-teens my sister and I experimented with enema's for pleasure and that often ended with mutual masturbation.
