Mostly won't poop are the ones they see. And they don't do laxatives. They tell the parents to take them home and give them an enema. Mom says only about half of them will do it. The other half don't come back to their clinic because they want magic or something for the pooping problem. And about twice a week she goes to some house to help give a kid their first ever enema. I sometimes get to go with her. It's a rodeo to give any kid who has never had an enema their first! I like the boys of any age because they are the real drama queens! At just mom's clinic and it is not a big clinic in a big city, they send at least 30 or 40 kids and mom's home each week to do an enema. Their first ever enema! But not their last! I don't dare get sassy or give mom back talk about my enemas because my dad likes to spank and if I gave her back talk I would get a good butt warming and then my enema. I get them sometimes anyway for other crimes. Got a good spanking and an enema last week for a minor sarcastic remark to him under my voice that he couldn't hear but knew I said something. She quit the kids clinic and is working in a hospital now. Just nursing non-critical patients after surgery. They do mostly Fleet enemas if patients don't poop when they are supposed to and they make the nurses' aides do enemas and suppositories. The Registered Nurses are above giving rectal meds.
