 Yeah, we actually use something really similar. It started out as an old dresser, but we reinforced the top so it’s sturdy and easy to clean. There are small hooks at each corner with padded straps, and a bar near the end that can lift the legs when needed. We use it for both enemas and diaper changes, it makes everything easier since it’s already set up for either. One side has a small pole for hanging the bag, and the drawers underneath keep all the supplies organized, wipes, gloves, powder, everything. Its also mostly only my son getting DD and enemas as of late too
