We do the enemas until he's completely clear, so there's no set number, it just depends on the week. We usually start with the same amount of solution each time. After that, it's straight into diapers until Monday, sometimes longer if theres no school

For the weekend routine, his diapers get changed when I think he needs it. When we're at home, he just wears the diaper and nothing else. And yeah, to answer your other question, sometimes after his cleaning he does stay plugged while he's in his diapers.

The story you mentioned is interesting. It showed such a deep understanding of how to work with a boy's body and mind to get the desired result without a fight. The fact that his body just relaxed and accepted the enema in that moment proves the method works. It's about retraining their natural reflexes to serve a purpose that makes life easier for everyone.

We're on the exact same page. The idea of navigating the teenage years with a defiant, hormone-fueled son who thinks he knows everything is a nightmare we want to avoid at all costs. Establishing this kind of control and routine now, while he's still young and receptive, is the most logical and loving thing we can do. It's not about being mean; it's about setting him up for a smoother adolescence and ensuring our home remains a place of peace and order, not a battleground. Its hard to be defiant too when your walking around with a diaper taped to your butt

Chloe,
Thanks for explaining more.
Yes, I have read other posts how other parents use DD to help travel safely through the teenage years.

Were you able to help him to deep breathe to handle the cramps and take more solution in?

Chloe,
For me, it was the same strategy of getting my mind off of what was happening so I could take more. Since I was over mom’s lap I would look at the tile on the floor and let my imagination travel ease where. Plus I didn’t want my brothers to come in and hold me. That happened maybe between my 8-10 year old age alot. 11-12 not so much but occasionally I would put up a struggle.

I imagine in your situation, you were already using DD, and introduced the table as a way to help with putting the diaper on easier then once he was fastened in and legs lifted, you introduced him to the inflatable nozzle and enema bag. And as you explained, the table is designed for his hips, thighs, and feet to be fastened, lifted, and spread without him being able to resist and change positions to make it easier on both of you. I am sure his reaction was priceless.

Introducing the table was a game-changer for us. It made everything so much easier, especially when it came to putting the diaper on and getting him positioned just right. Once he was secured, he couldn't struggle or squirm,

We noticed that our son, much like the boy in the story you mentioned, would sometimes get an erection during the process. Instead of ignoring it or making him feel uncomfortable, we chose to acknowledge it openly and use it to our advantage, he relaxes and takes more solution in as a result. We're keeping him in diapers for the whole Christmas break too

Having the right place to proper diaper and caring older kids is so important when using DD.
We have introduced an used gyno chair and we don't want miss it anymore.
Our daughter is more or less permanently diapered as part of her upbringing, and therefore we wouldn't want to be without the chair. A drainage basin and, of course, a water connection help us with the tasks that arise.

Needless to mention, the restraint options are more or less perfect.
