So usually the mom is standing right there watching as we are destroying this child's innocence and cleaning them out. So I would have been in big trouble if I blatantly mocked or teased them but I had ways of getting inside their head. They got lots of smiles! And I had several little comments or questions for them. Questions were okay because they didn't sound like teasing. "Do you feel like you can poop for us now?" "Look at me, you just need to open your mouth and take a real big breath for me." "Just try to relax and let it happen, you are doing a real good job." "You are going to feel so much better after we get this poop out of you." And it was always followed with a smile. And they are usually looking at me like I am the grim reaper who has come for them. One 13 year old I remember as my favorite. He was a kicker and hitter and he scratched me and then when we got him over mom's leg and I'm sitting on the floor hanging on to his wrists he spit right in my face. So----- he got every phrase I could think of saying to him without getting in trouble for mocking him. He was so badly impacted that mom had trouble even getting his first soapsuds enema in him. He leaked quite a bit on her leg but she stuck with it. I think she had him over her leg trying to get at least most of his soapsuds enema in him for about 10 minutes. And I tortured him because I wouldn't shut up!! But that broke him like you teach a young colt that you are the master and you are going to bridle them and then saddle them and then ride them. We rode his little bottom with two rinse enemas and he cried and begged and I loved it. But the fight was all gone. And the best part of all was that I didn't know him then. But he is in high school now, different year but I see him in the halls. He is radio silent. Won't say anything to me and I don't say anything but just hi. But I always give him that big smile that he first saw from my face a few years ago. And I am friends with a girl that he does talk to so she knows his whole first ever enemas story. What she does with that information is her business. But she sort of wants to be his girlfriend so she probably won't get there by sharing what she knows if you get my drift. I do know that he was still getting a weekly huge warm water enema every Saturday night before bed at least until mom quit working at that clinic because he is just like baby sitter for Shelly. He holds at all costs! Once you see the personality of a holder and how they act and interact with other kids you can spot them even if you can't smell them. He still holds!! Trust me!! There are four elementary schools in our small city and three junior highs and two high schools. There are two girls in high school with me now but they are Freshman so I don't see much of them. I did go to a Birthday party last year for a 10 year old that mom knew from work. There was a girl there I think about 8 that we had just cleaned out for her first ever enemas just the week before. She was a fighter and a crier too and she did not like seeing me at the party. Our city is about 65,000. This clinic that mom worked at did not advertise nationally that they specialized in kids that hold in their poop because they got so many kids just from referrals from family Doctors that it took about three months to get in to see one of our Doctors or PAs. I think mom said once that they would see some times as many as 8 to 10 brand new patients every day that had never been there before. And over half of them wasted our Doctors time and their money because our Doctors always ordered the first thing for the kid to have their colon cleaned out. And we are not talking magnesium citrate and pull ups. We are talking soapsuds enemas and rinses. Then they were put on a schedule like what Shelly talks about Clean Kid Manual. But over half of them left and never came back and said enemas were out of the question. Mom says, "They always want a pill for everything." Well they are at our clinic because their family Doctor gave them a pill and it didn't work. They are holding it in and pooping their pants and need an enema!! Maybe a spanking too. It is a behavior not a disease. They are doing it on purpose. How about a spanking when they hold it in and poop themselves. [ Post a Reply to This Message ]

It was just the screaming and crying that changed from child to child. Mom didn't charge for the clean outs. She did it because if she could get the moms to do the enemas then they would probably stay a patient at the clinic. If the mom won't do enemas they left the clinic because oral laxatives were not prescribed. You go where the poop is. You don't travel 33 feet looking for it. Mom would get the bag filled and then we would round up the child and help them into the bathroom. If they were cooperative and undress themselves we let them. Otherwise it's down over mom's left leg, clamped in with mom's right leg. Pants pulled down. Bottom lubed and then enema in progress. [ Post a Reply to This Message ]
