 When we played doctor we never git najed aunce we couldn't cover up if we got caught so the "doctor" would just lift the skirt ir pull the shorts or parts down and underwear would sometimes be pulled down WITH the pants or separately. Besides the pulling the necessary garments out of the was was part of the excitement of the game.
Most kids admitted to enjoying their bottoms exposed to the air.
Part of the overall exam would be the rubbing of and giving shots and taking temperatures in thr bottom. This was back in the 60's and 70's.
I played dozens of games with dozens of kids abd was only caught twice. Those instances were 6 years apart.
