Hi.

What program are you trying to use to capture the video? Trying re-installing the drivers and capture application. If your capture application is kind of a generic app included with your card, consider downloading a demo version of something like ULEAD, or VideoWave. If you haven't captured successfully before on your machine running XP, I strongly suggest going to the card manufacturer's website and download the latest drivers for XP if available.
