I agree that they are developing D-VHS that can handle 1080p/24 for it is the most demanded format and the nice thing it require smaller bandwith than 720p or 1080i.

But still even the new HM-DH35000 could not handle that.

However my question still stands, how to record HD-SDI signal into D-VHS, does it require multiplexing ?
