Meine Gl�cksstr�hne h�lt an. Habe jetzt auch eine Bleibe in Stuttgart. Und zwar in so�ner Art WG mit bei einer Familie: Nicole(32), Dirk(30), Anna (10), Tom (3 oder so) und Kim(1).
Total nett da!Ich habe zwei Zimmer,das Schlafzimmer hat Dielen und �ne Dachschr�ge (Freu), daf�r keine Heizung (bibber). Ist halt Altbau.Da brauch ich wohl �ne Heizdecke! Und billisch,billisch, nur schlappe 350 Euro warm. Das andere WG-Zimmer, das in Frage kam lag bei 460 Euro(18 qm2)!Eine Eigentumwohnug von 80 qm2 im Neubau kostet da so 400 000 Euro.
Dann lieber mit 5 Leuten das Klo teilen!
Auf dem Balkon wohnt noch eine Schildkr�te, die wohnt da, weil man einen ziemlich coolen Blick �ber die Stadt hat!
