So would you agree with the idea that instead of paying a gas tax we should pay a mileage tax. For example, at the end of a week we hook up our cars to a monitor and it tells us how many miles we how drove and how much money we owe.

You might think this is far fetch but the alot of people in the Mississippi Department of Transportation are looking towards this method.
