one of my business ideas is supplying people who live locally, but who are from other places, who use the parts of animals that most americans don't use. i have a market for cow parts, including the legs and the head. If anyone out there knows where i can get these parts in good shape, i would appreciate you contacting me. thanks

Tim that is easy, just Google Slaughter houses in Vermont. Go for the Organic Happy Beef so at least the Cow head has a blissful smile on its face when you take delivery. My guess is they toss the heads and legs currently unless that's what Hot dogs are made of and then you will have to pay for them. I bet they are cheap. Fresh Cow heads! Get them while they are Hot!

Tip: Don't market them to Indian folks

I suppose other cultures eat the whole cow even the head. We always buried them when we did it our selves.

We one time made head cheese from a couple Pig heads. The hard part was skinning the head. IT's not an easy operation. These days all pig parts are used for something. They make diesel fuel out of whats left of turkeys after the get all the meat.

It is snowing as hard as it can right now. Visibility is down to 100feet.

I know some folks who are cannibals and have a hard time locating human meat to eat. There's definitely a need for a supplier. Tim, this could be big. Can I get in on it? Tim's Human Meat Emporium - Good Eats down to the Feet!

Bob could run the human slaughter house up at his place. This might work.

Here I sit unemployed and Tim comes up with industrial Hempt and marketing animal parts nobody wants.

Joe you are breathing too much wet paint. Watch it or you might end up at Goodwill several times a day. I have killed and cut up my share of animals. I am not interested in learning any new body types. Pigs, Cows, Chickens, Deer and Sheep are enough for me.

It is a bleak business landscape right now but I bet if you could start something now it would grow going forward. Lots of hands out there willing to do something. All the computers at the DOE resource center were in use this AM. The din in that room was depressing. I just deposited a $51K check in my savings account so I didn't feel like part of that group. I also got the DOE to completely fund a 650 dollar class for a Solid works CAD class. I will extract every penny out of the system I can find. Then as I left
I found a 12 dollar parking ticket on my truck. I put 60 minutes in the meter and missed its run out by maybe 5. Bastards!

I dragged my Takamine guitar out of the basement and stuck a new set of Elixirs on it. It sounds great! I am keeping that one too. The 12 string is next to re-string and tune. I always like the sound of that one too.

Off for my daily ski, 4 more inches yesterday. The BC in Jerusalem should be pretty nice this weekend.

Hang in there, Bob. I'll wager that your next job will come about through your network of friends. What ever happened with the foam insulation gig? I rode to work this morning and everyone thinks I'm crazy. They have no idea how toasty and warm I am. It's beautiful out there. I have a kid concert tommorrow, but I may be able to do something on Sunday. I'll call you. Sorry, Tim, no cow heads here.

I looked at the foam thing until the Cons out weighed the Pros. I can tell you all about it sometime.

I may go BC in the AM. Joe wanted to do the Dish Pan so I might be up for that.
