Ryan will only be guest appearing on Drew but will still be doing WL (or DL) regularly since they only tape for a few weekends out of the year. I pasted that portion of the interview below:


This is what Ryan had to say:

Michelle:
You mentioned to me a while ago that when the Drew Carey show ends you'll be moving up to Washington.

Ryan:
No. I'm actually moving the end of next year whether it ends or not.

Michelle:
So you'll be commuting down here to tape?

Ryan:
Well, if Whose Line keeps going I will, but that's not many weekends out of the year. The weekly grind of a series after next year, I'm pretty much done.

Michelle:
So you think the show is going to end after next year?

Ryan:
No. I think it'll go 8.

Michelle:
So it'll just not be with you on it?


Ryan:
No

Michelle:
Oh. That's a bummer.

Ryan:
Drew has mentioned coming back to do a certain number of episodes would be fine with me but not weekly.

Michelle:
Like a guest type appearance
