His sire, Odin, is a modern-type warmblood stallion with natural talent as a jumper, and a wonderful disposition. His grandsire Iroko is a top index sire of young jumpers and the sire of The Fly who won the 2000 East Coast 6 yr old Young Jumper Championship. His granddam Kalista (keur) is by the great jumper sire Burggraaf. Pilot, his great-grandsire is the youngest millionaire jumper in Europe.

THe following is said about Tyr*'s dam, Gwenivere I: Gwenivere is out of the famous Catch on Fire & Bonne Nuit Bloodlines. These bloodlines are noted in America for A+ National winning hunters, and included is The Schreiber, Canadian Sire of Ian Miller's War Machine, a Team Mount for the Jumpers. SHe is also a Blue Preferant mare.

In Tyr*, these bloodlines have combined to produce an amazingly athletic, talented stallion who competes succesfully in Eventing, Halter, English Pleasure, Equitation, Showmanship, and Hunter.
