One of my best friends just moved here from Scotland four years ago. I also have a friend who lives in Ewell, Surrey, England.

But since the owner of the game is in the U.S., and the majority of the members are probably from North America, I felt it was a safe assumption!

I also know a lot of the Paints and Quarter Horses in Europe are imported from the U.S., so I assumed the same registration rules applied.
