I think there are several underwater structures around the island that may hold big fish. Was riding the monorail around the island 3 weeks back and saw a few of these structures.

I also saw 2 malay men, 1 on a rocky coast, another in waist deep water at one spot fishing, can't remember the station number... though.

Hmm since not many people fish at the boardwalk... maybe there are still plenty of fish there... anyone care to do some recon work?
