 Yeah, the war on Iraq would be bad...bad bad bad...a lot worse than Mindanao (good). Then there's the USA Patriot Act/Ashcroft, Enron and deregulation, the stimulus plan (distinct from the May tax cuts), the budget, and all sorts of little things (Mike Powell's tenure at the FCC, election reform, NMD, etc).
