Now, that we've settled your miscalculation, you and kate can clearly win the tourney. 1) Practice every Friday, and then once more on the weekend. Both of you must practice. 2) First few times out, stand next to the net, toss the ball straight up, whack the ball really hard (with a forehand). Take a step back, whack the ball. Keep on repeating as long as you can consistently hit the ball in the court. Eventually, both of you can hit forehands from the back of the court easy. 3) Practice actually hitting the ball (forehand) while in motion. Start from the front. Work your way back as before. 4) Learn how to hit a backhand. This is hard to explain. 5) Take out Sibo's knees, glue Mike's right hand to his hair.
