ok--it's been a while since I last posted. But in my time of need, I figured this forum and its frequenters (or one-time frequenters) will have an answer.

In Ms. Gregg's class it is time to write our research papers. I've decided on writing about merit-based elitism and its justification or faults.

What are some good books on meritocracies? I only managed to scrounge one up from Central Library. Thanks everyone!
