Tara as fawn is the image that resonates for me. It explains why ME has kept Tara basically "without sin" as I mentioned in my Seven Deadly Scoobies post yesterday.

After spending a day reading the Kitten Board, I have to accept that there's no way this death is going to be viewed as anything but homophobic in some circles. I can understand that, but I really don't see it that way. Tara won't die because she's a lesbian; she'll die because she's good. And that, unfortunately, is very consistent with message we're getting this season.
