I was once a member of Manhattan UBF and have friends who are now in New York UBF. I think UBF is a
Godly organization who has made the
mistake of forgetting a very simple truth. Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
I think anyone who cares about Dr. Samuel Lee will want to remove him from the position of unchecked and absolute authority. That sort of power is corrupting his very soul. So, If you care about Dr. Samuel Lee you will support the introduction of checks and balances. A board to review the veracity of past allegations. A more balanced and democratic system.
The hardline pro-Samuel Lee anti-reformers don't realize it but they are actually killing Dr. Samuel Lee's soul. Robbing it of a final opportunity to repent for past sins. King David made mistakes, Moses made mistakes, is Dr. Samuel Lee greater than them? Is he somehow infallible? Any true Christian who loves Dr. Samuel Lee will support reform.

What USA Chapters are
on the reform side? On what side is New York UBF? And whatever happened to
Abraham Lee director of the now
dissolved Manhattan chapter?

One thing which I think we must do is make a distinction about faith. In UBF we generally talk about "faith" and "doubt" and often forget what the object of faith or doubt is that we are talking about. For example in the SL letters it talks about faith and doubt, but subtly equates faith in God with faith in a human being or doubt in a human with doubt towards God. This is nothing short of slight-of-hand.

In UBF doubt towards a leader or their actions is often equated with doubt toward God. For example Reformers are similar to unbelievers because they doubt a person's actions or motives, so they have "burned" consciences.

We must change our thinking so that our faith is not toward an organization or a person, or their actions, but simply toward Christ, his word, and his death and resurrection.

When we are asked to have faith and to not doubt, let's ask ourselves what is the proposed object of faith? Is it a person or Christ? Do not be a part of the spiritual bait and switch game.
Never link your faith in Christ to a person or organization for if you do you will bound to be disappointed. Only trust Christ absolutely, and question all others. Acts 17: "Now the Bereans were of more noble character than the Thessalonians, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true."

Do not take others' word, even my own, check for yourselfin God's Word.

Yes, I agree. Peoples' deferential and indulgent attitudes have created trouble. I learned in UBF that real love is not always giving in to someone or agreeing with them to keep peace, rather it is to challenge their sin. Doesn't the Bible say that open rebuke is better than hidden love?
