I have 80 acres in Hayward, WI. Two small lakes on property, and was selectively logged almost 20 years ago; so there are roads through out property. All rolling hills with a few clearings. 16 point buck taken on it this year, with another one the same size still out there.

The person who has hunted it previously wore out welcome. Cabin on Grindstone Lake less than a mile away for lodging. Fully functional 4 season cabin w/ electric heat and also wood burner, dish washer. Haven't quite decided on price yet. Would definitely like to talk to you.
