 I have a 400 acre farm and I am looking to sell off about 30 acres including a 14x70 mobile home on well and septic tank, and a 30 ft camper. The 30 acres includes 25 acres of 7 yr old planted pines bringing in about $2500 per year for pine straw. The sale will include long-term hunting and fishing rights to the remainging 370 acres. The property has large unpopulated timberland on all 4 sides. Excellent Deer, Turkey, and fishing.
Property is located about 1 mile off US Hwy 1 in Appling Co, Ga.
