I have a 50+ Small farm In Wolfe co. Kentucky which lies one hour east of Lexington.this is 7 miles outside of a small town known as cleared pature land, a huge stocked pond with up to 30-36" catfish, crappie, bluegill, bass, and bullfrogs galore. this pond has been off Limits from the day it was built in the early 80's. We have deer coming from all directions constantly. My son kills a deer in the back yard yearly, his cousins come from Ohio and take some home each year.Others from Ohio that we have trusted to be careful (I live in the home)have come here for a week at atime and enjoy being in the hills with their hunting buddies and telling their hunting lies and fish tales. There are multiple deer crossing on the property. The house was built in 1979 but has been maintained. I bought the house in 1994 for my husband and his family which is hunting fanatics and they surely did enjoy it. There was always 6-7 guys hunging here in the fall through the winter, and alwasy several families here fishing, riding go-carts, mini-bikes, dirtbikes or horses.
This is the most amazing place. Leave the city behind. Come into another world. Truly. You will be amazed at the sounds at night. Just the sounds of animals, bugs, frogs. so peaceful, so relaxing, so back in time.
I am selling the property because it is to much for me to maintain and I want to move closer to my children. The house is perfert for several men or a couple of families to stay in at one time. It has 3 BR 2 1/2 Baths. upstairs; Kitchen and DR; LR; Study; EX;Large Family Room which I use as a huge Bedroom at present. Huge Laudry room.Foyer, Gigantic walk in Pantry. The house has 3 sets of french doors in it. a deck on the back pork and a patio at the side where the family room is. This house is older but is also a very well keep, homely full of life.
Perfect for several hunters to go into togeter and purchase.This place will sell quickly, lots of folks have ask about buying it but I just now have decided to sell, We come from a long line of Hunters and Fishers, that why we bought the place. I want to sell this to someone whom would still use it as such.
