1360 acres elk & mule deer for Colorado archery season Aug.31-Sept. 29 or lease it by the week.
Entire season: 15 hunters max. $15,000
By the week: 5 hunters max. $5500
The elk rut usually falls in the last two weeks of the season.
We have seen many trophy class deer on the property in the last year some near or over 30" . The elk population has exploded in the area an we expect a very rewarding year .

We have stands near all water sources and some game trails.
