For 15 years, my uncle has been successfully hunting and guiding for black bears in north central Wisconsin... Lincoln, Price, and Taylor county areas. He currently has 6 openings, on a first come - first serve basis, out of a maximum of 8 for responsible and respectful outdoorsmen (and women) with bear harvest permits. Bait only area - no dogs. Pre-season stand tours, hunting over well established stands on private and public lands. Hunters are taken in and retrieved from stands if desired. References available; one of this year's hunters is going for his 4th bear with my uncle. Field dressing, skinning, and quartering included if desired. Additional charge for renting a cabin that sleeps 5; other lodging references available. Fishing also nearby for a dual-activity week.
