The land we have for lease in N. florida is located about 30 minutes east of Tallahassee. We currently have approximately 4000 acres for lease. The land is one big tract and is broken up by the roads. The property is divided into smaller tracts and we have tracts from 700-2000 acres still open. The land is full of deer and turkeys and has scattered hogs. This land was not hunted in the 02 season. The land was purchased from a timber company and is approximately 60/40 planted pines to hardwoods.
We will get $12.00 per acre for this land. We also have smaller tracts for sale, all lands owned by us, we have excellent hunting properties for sale now from 100-1000 acres. This land is also timber company land and most tracts have not been hunted since we owned it. This land will sell for $1000.00- $1500.00 depending on the age of the pines. We will divide any property down to 100 acre tracts. We will finance this property also.
