I have a group of hunters that have been hunting with each other for the past ten years on a 350 acre tract in N georgia. we lost the land last year when the owner died. we all split up in the 02/03 season and had a horrible time we are looking to lease a property between 300 to 700 acres. to get back to the way things were. We maintained all roads and fields in the last property and dont mind fencing and general upkeep of the property. we usualy have several work days a year and implement supplemental feeding programs for the wildlife. I have studied deer and am starting a company to help assess deer herds and come up with the best game management plan for hunting clubs or private land owners. I am also working on being able to introduce new genetics into a herd by artifical insemination or by importing better quality deer from outside sources. I know it is late in the year but if you have any property for lease left this year or next please contact me.
