Hi,
There is some tennant-in-common land in my wifes family in Calvert county- one is 170 acres and another is 100 acres- mixed farm and forest. They are letting some hunters hunt for free (?) (not including me). I want to suggest they do a lease to get generate some money. I don't have a good idea of the amounts involved. What sort of $'s are involved?
