I'm selling this bear hunting camp for a friend. It is located about 100km south of Chapleau, Ontario. It has 5 furnished cabins, 2 outpost cabins and a large residence. Facilities have hot/cold water and generates it's own electricity.Lots of stuff included in the sale. Located in some of the best bear and moose hunting in Ontario. You also get the exclusive rights to 150sq. kilometers of bear management area. Bear hunting is the main function of the lodge but it also offers moose, walleye and pike. Lots of lakes in the area. Really have to see it to believe it.
