§Rith still couldn't catch any sign that she was among the bats still. He flitted to a branch of a nearby shrub. He grinned inspite of himself. That little sneak....she is quite a clever girl. How she did it I don't know. He inhaled deeply, trying to find her scent. With a sly grin upon his face he dropped silently to the ground below him. She was close, he could sense her nearly feel her presence. But where was she hiding at now? Hmmm....where would I hide if I were her? Ahh....I would definately attempt to cover my tracks or scent as it may be. The flowers I bet. thinking to himself. He walked soundlessly beneath the undergrowth to where the patch of flowers lay. Once again he inhaled, yes, yes she was here. He flicked his feathery wings and lifted slowly up to the bushes above himself. He peeked out from beneath the leaf of one of the flowers. He was so close yet so close to out of time as well. Then he pinpointed her, she was perched upon a rose. Silently he flew towards her. He quickly closed one arm around her waist and the other around her eyes. Hello, my dear. Did I make it in time?§
