It's the rules of the fairies. Also, the ability to be a celestial fairy is passed in blood. There can be more than one, but only one at a time has the actual powers. The others have astrological abilities and some other mild things. Also, they are the god's gift to protect the Royal family (dragon fairies), therefore it would be pretty mad if Rea could get all the powers and be a dark. I'm sorry, but this hasn't just been you. There have been about 5 others who tried to join a celestial fairy and it's against the rules, so I couldn't let them. If I just let you keep Rea, that would be totaly unfair to all those people who a few of them still play here. That's how Kate and I made this place. Oh, and I just got a really good idea that would end in Othoe ruling the darks no strings attached.
