Subject: Grants to Start Aquacultural Operation

Am working with a fellow who wants to get into the aquacultural operation of rearing sturgeon to produce caviar. Was wondering if anyone knew of any grant programs that he could use to help finance the wastewater from an operation like this? Current cost-share program in the state doesn't cover aquaculture operations. And he didn't make the cut for EQIP assistance with NRCS within the state. His wastewater treatment system will cost approximately $18,000. Would appreciate any and all suggestions. Thank you, doug
