Subject: farming shellfish

I am wanting to start farming shellfish but i do not know enough about it. iam trying to find out the legal requirements to it and any information i can get iam especially interested in mussels and oysters. any information would be much appreciated. the idea i have is to get them when they are small and bring them on thanks
