One thing I must add in your case at this time is this. Unlike Liz, who has fish already in production, you are just now in the planning stage for a fish farm. It is ok to check markets, however, you must understand that it may be up to one year before you are actually set up and ready to market. Things will change between now and then. Fortunately for the aquaculture industry, the change will be for the better. The demand is growing each year and the prices are very stable and may even rise a bit as well. So to begin marketing at this time will be an interesting adventure for you, but until you can tell buyers you are actually in production they won't be real receptive at this time.
