見習騎師梁家偉尿液樣本異常

在2010年9月5日星期日的沙田賽事舉行期間，馬會按照慣例，抽籤決定哪些騎師須提供尿液樣本，用以進行違禁物質測試。

見習騎師梁家偉是當日被抽中而須提供尿液樣本的騎師之一。馬會賽事化驗所主管溫思明博士今日向競賽董事小組報告，見習騎師梁家偉所提供的尿液樣本驗出含有氯胺酮 (ketamine)。根據賽事規例，氯胺酮屬於違禁物質。見習騎師梁家偉今天於其所屬練馬師徐雨石及賽馬人才發展經理陳念慈在場下，獲通知此項化驗結果，而他並無要求將此份尿液樣本的保留部分交由一家獨立化驗所進行測試。

競賽董事小組行使賽事規例第60(3)條所賦予的權力，即時禁止見習騎師梁家偉進行策騎，直至就有關化驗報告而舉行的研訊有了結果為止。

由於見習騎師梁家偉被暫時禁止策騎，他將不能履行今晚跑馬地賽事的策騎聘約。因此小組批准下列馬匹更換騎師：

第五場：「宇宙良駒」改由見習騎師蘇狄雄策騎。

第八場：「團隊精神」改由見習騎師楊明綸策騎。

此事件現押後至另訂日期處理。
