牌照委員會的決定

受薪董事兼牌照委員會秘書韋敦彥發出通告如下：

以下為牌照委員會今天較早時開會所作的決定：


1.委員會召見徐君禮，要求他「提出理由」，說明為何其要求發給二○一○／二○一一年度馬季餘下期間自由身騎師牌照的申請應獲批准。委員會考慮了徐君禮所作的口頭及書面陳辭，以及其操行紀錄和其他有關文件。經慎重斟酌此事，以及詳細考慮所有證供和陳辭後，委員會裁定徐君禮未能「提出理由」，說明為何其要求發給二○一○／二○一一年度馬季餘下期間自由身騎師牌照的申請應獲批准。徐君禮獲告知，他有權就委員會此項決定向馬會董事局提出上訴。

同意於例行手續辦妥後，向法國現任持牌練馬師高伯新發給二○一一／二○一二年度馬季練馬師牌照，以填補岳敦於二○○六／二○○七年度馬季退休所遺下的空缺。


2.2
准許高伯新所獲發給的二○一一／二○一二年度馬季練馬師牌照，由二○一一年七月十一日起生效，以便他可於季末開始為其馬房接收馬匹。
