黎海榮尿液樣本異常待研訊　暫禁策騎週三夜賽坐騎易配

在10月4日星期日的沙田賽事舉行期間，馬會按照慣例，抽籤決定哪些騎師須提供尿液樣本，用以進行違禁物質測試。黎海榮是當日被抽中而須提供尿液樣本的騎師之一。

馬會賽事化驗所主管溫思明博士，今日向競賽董事小組報告，驗出騎師黎海榮所提供的尿液樣本含有甲基麻黃豑，而且含量超出規定上限。小組已將此項化驗結果通知黎海榮，而黎海榮則未有要求將有關樣本的保留部分交由一家獨立化驗所進行測試。

小組行使賽事規例第60(3)條所賦予的權力，即時禁止騎師黎海榮進行策騎，直至就有關化驗報告而舉行的研訊有了結果為止。

由於黎海榮被暫時禁止策騎，他將不能履行10月14日星期三跑馬地賽事的策騎聘約。因此小組批准下列馬匹更換騎師：

第一場：「勁駿」改由杜利萊策騎。

第二場：「財駿福星」改由湯智傑策騎。

第三場：「豐衣足食」改由馬偉昌策騎。

第五場：「財富之星」改由卓利策騎。

第六場：「勁力寶蹄」改由湯智傑策騎。

此事件現押後至另訂日期處理。
