牌照委員會的決定

2009年11月4日

以下為牌照委員會在今早的會議上作出的決定：

1.委員會同意，於例行手續辦妥後，向下列騎師發給馬會騎師牌照：
郭爾達，有效期由2009年11月16日至2010年3月14日，首尾兩天包括在內。
薛寶力，有效期由2010年1月4日至2010年4月30日，首尾兩天包括在內。
蘇銘倫，有效期由2010年1月6日至2010年3月27日，首尾兩天包括在內。

2.委員會：
檢討了全體練馬師截至2008／09年度馬季結束時的表現。
記錄在案：曾以書面方式通知練馬師黃汝安，由於他已第二次未能符合練馬師表現準則的規定，假若他在隨後任何一個馬季完結時，未能符合該等規定，他於下一個馬季可能不獲發練馬師牌照。
