押後研訊 - 1月6日跑馬地賽事第五場(290)

競賽董事小組今日完成了於1月6日星期三在跑馬地賽事舉行當天就「常盈」（馬偉昌）及「火耀雷霆」（徐君禮）轉直路彎時跌倒的原因而展開的研訊。由於徐君禮當晚被送院，未能出席研訊，小組遂將研訊押後進行。

馬偉昌、徐君禮、策騎「勁擊」的見習騎師梁家俊，以及梁家俊的所屬練馬師蘇保羅今日均有作出證供。

見習騎師梁家俊承認一項不顧後果策騎〔賽事規例第100(1)條〕的指控，事緣在轉直路彎時，他在尚未充分帶離「火耀雷霆」時，讓「勁擊」急劇轉向外跑，導致「火耀雷霆」踢到「勁擊」的後蹄，因而跌倒，而正在「火耀雷霆」外側競跑的「常盈」亦因而被碰撞倒下。

於考慮在有關情況下是否適合提出不顧後果策騎的指控時，小組基於下列事實作出決定：在發生此事件之前，「火耀雷霆」已在一段頗長的途程上在「勁擊」外側競跑，因此見習騎師梁家俊應該知道，如將「勁擊」移向外跑，即會至少對「火耀雷霆」造成干擾；由於見習騎師梁家俊以尖銳的角度將「勁擊」轉向外側競跑，導致該駒急劇向外斜跑的程度；以及此舉所造成的後果。

在此情況下，小組認為適當罰則是判處見習騎師梁家俊停賽（十個香港賽馬日）至2月25日星期四才可恢復出賽。此項停賽罰則將押後至1月16日星期六沙田賽事結束後方始執行。
