1. 因違返指令,在騎師室內抽煙,被罰款二千元.

2. 被查詢時，薛順強（「賞心樂事」）說，直路早段他一路催策坐騎時，坐騎立即開始將頭轉側並且內閃。他說，因此跑過三百五十米處，他轉用右手握鞭，開始鞭策坐騎。他說，在一段短途程上用鞭後，「賞心樂事」持續內閃，因此他收起馬鞭，縮緊韁繩手足並用力策坐騎。他說，趨近二百米處，他再次開始用右手開鞭，但此時其右邊韁繩脫手。他說，雖然在最後二百米他數次嘗試重拾韁繩，但未能做到，因此他未能在直路上恰當力策「賞心樂事」。小組告誡薛順強，他在直路上策騎「賞心樂事」的方式已接近不勝任，其策騎表現並不符合一個香港騎師預期的水準，更遑論一位資深騎師的水準。

小組又告誡他，日後若再出現類似情況，小組可能考慮是否應提出指控。
