有關「大有運」的研訊結果

競賽董事小組今天完成了有關見習騎師蘇狄雄在4月4 日星期日沙田賽事中策騎「大有運」競逐夏力讓賽之處理方法的研訊。見習騎師蘇狄雄及其所屬練馬師，亦即「大有運」的練馬師何良，今日均作出進一步證供。

見習騎師蘇狄雄於何良在場下承認違反香港賽馬會賽事規例第99(2)及(5)條，事緣他作為「大有運」在該場賽事的騎師，沒有於整場賽事中採取一切合理而又可容許的措施，確保給予其坐騎十足爭勝機會，或取得最佳名次。

對見習騎師蘇狄雄的指控詳情如下：

1. 在賽事早段，他沒有充分嘗試以足夠力度催策「大有運」，以緻其坐騎於接近八百米處時與馬群脫節，而在賽事的有關階段，他應可在既合理而又可容許的情況下嘗試以足夠力度催策該駒。
2. 由接近八百米處至跑過四百米處後，其坐騎仍居於與馬群脫節的位置競跑，其間他並沒有充分嘗試以足夠力度催策「大有運」，讓坐騎收復失地，並居於較接近馬群的位置競跑，而當時他亦應可在既合理而又可容許的情況下嘗試以足夠力度催策該駒。

根據此事的有關情況，小組認為對見習騎師蘇狄雄的適當處分為判罰其停賽至5月13日星期四始可恢復出賽。此項停賽罰則押後至4月10 日星期六沙田賽事之後執行。在此期間，香港編有八日賽事。

小組並無就此宗事件對何良先生採取行動。
