首席受薪董事祁禮謙發出通告如下：

「好爸爸」、「我愛您」及「好旺盛」的馬主袁仕傑先生，於 5月24日星期一，就其於5月17日將上述三駒轉往薛達志馬房之後，其本人與薛達志之間所出現的問題，與馬會高級管理層接觸。袁先生表示，由於他與薛達志之間發生了一個誤會，他覺得已不宜繼續將名下馬匹留在薛達志馬房。

馬會就此事召見薛達志之後，決定批准袁先生將名下馬匹由薛達志馬房轉至鄭俊偉馬房。然而，馬會告知袁先生，上述三駒在2009/10年度馬季餘下期間，將不可報名參賽，而袁先生亦已接納此項條件。此外，袁先生並獲告知，管理層留意到他現時及以前所擁有的馬匹，均曾在服役期間一再轉換馬房。

因此，馬會通知袁先生，在2010/11年度馬季，管理層將不會輕易批准讓其名下馬匹轉換馬房，除非他具備充分理由證明有關馬匹不應繼續交由鄭俊偉料理和訓練。
