小組是晚召見了昨日（十月十四日）在沙田第八組試閘策騎「心歡暢」的冼毅力及策騎「福將臨門」的柏寶。冼毅力承認，跑過終點後，他兩度伸向並接觸柏寶的身體。

冼毅力解釋，此舉只屬無聊的表現。

小組已於十月一日沙田賽事告誡冼毅力在任何時候，包括跑過終點後，均不得伸向及觸碰其他騎師。考慮了有關情況，小組判處冼毅力罰款五千元。
