受薪董事小組於1月5日接獲馬主提交的賽駒易廄申請，要求將「更奇妙」及「確奇妙」由霍利時馬房轉至徐雨石馬房。兩駒均由林大輝先生及林蘇麗貞女士擁有。

霍利時於獲告知馬主有意讓名下賽駒轉換馬房後，曾向小組表示對兩駒易廄感到失望。霍利時已告知林大輝先生，他不願意繼續訓練同屬林先生名下的「極奇妙」及「好奇妙」。霍利時亦已告知小組，他對有關賽駒易廄感到失望，而且不願意繼續訓練「極奇妙」及「好奇妙」。

在一般情況下，小組不會批准上仗剛於1月4日獲勝的「好奇妙」轉換馬房。根據小組的政策，曾於最近一仗勝出的賽駒通常不會獲准於季內轉換馬房。然而，小組考慮到霍利時不願意繼續訓練「好奇妙」，故在此情況下批准此駒與「極奇妙」一併轉至姚本輝馬房。
