召見練馬師苗禮德及助理練馬師徐貴良

管理層分別接獲練馬師苗禮德及其助理練馬師徐貴良的來函，陳述他們在工作關係上所遇到的困難。管理層今日召見苗禮德及徐貴良。兩人均確證他們作為練馬師與助理練馬師之間的工作關係最近漸趨惡化。徐貴良在其來函中表示，他認為自己已別無選擇，惟有離開苗禮德的馬房。苗禮德今日亦告知管理層謂，他相信其與徐貴良之間的分歧已屬無可調解。

今日的召見結束後，徐貴良已隨即放假。苗禮德將提出申請，要求暫時委派一名署理助理練馬師到其馬房工作。管理層將與苗禮德及徐貴良兩人保持聯絡，尋求各方面均可接受的解決辦法。
