柏寶（「悅駿財星」）被裁定一項行為不當，事緣在賽後馬群收停後，他將「悅駿財星」騎向「劍追風」（見習騎師楊啟棠），「悅駿財星」的頭部因而觸碰見習騎師楊啟棠的身體。柏寶因此項違例被罰款五萬元〔賽事規例第155(5)條〕。

見習騎師楊啟棠（「劍追風」）被裁定一項用鞭不當，事緣他被「悅駿財星」的頭部碰到身體後，他用鞭擊打「悅駿財星」頭部範圍。見習騎師楊啟棠因此項違例被罰款一萬元〔董事局指示第22(3)條〕。

見習騎師楊啟棠承認一項行為不當，事緣在賽後返回騎師室後，他走到柏寶面前，推碰柏寶。考慮了此宗事件的情況，小組判罰見習騎師楊啟棠停賽直至十一月二十六日星期一才可再次出賽（三個香港賽馬日）。此項停賽罰則押後至十一月十四日星期三沙田賽事後執行。

柏寶承認一項行為不當，事緣賽後在騎師室被見習騎師楊啟棠推碰後，他亦推碰見習騎師楊啟棠。考慮了此宗事件的情況，小組判處柏寶罰款二萬元。
