見習騎師徐君禮上訴得直

二○○八年一月三十一日

馬會董事局於二○○八年一月三十一日上午九時三十分，就見習騎師徐君禮提出的上訴進行聆訊。見習騎師徐君禮於二○○八年一月十六日，因不小心策騎〔賽事規例第100(1)條〕而被競賽董事小組判罰停賽至二○○八年二月三日始可恢復出賽，以及罰款二萬元以代替多停賽一個賽馬日。見習騎師徐君禮其後就此項罰則提出上訴。

董事局裁定見習騎師徐君禮上訴得直，並著令發還保證金。
