被控涉嫌發布疑似藝人裸照的鍾亦天，上月被法官下令還押八星期，現時有可能獲准保釋。

警方以發布淫褻物品罪名檢控鍾亦天，他被法庭還押8個星期，明報上周將5張較早時在網上流傳的照片交予淫褻物品審裁處評級，淫審處昨日完成暫定評級，5張照片中只有兩張被評為淫褻物品，其餘3張被評為程度較輕的不雅物品。

由於有關照片被暫時評為不雅，律政司正與警方商議，是否准許案中首被告鍾亦天保釋。

立法會議員涂謹申認為，警方應先把照片送檢，但卻由明報送檢。警方有責任盡快主動向裁判官披露事實，讓裁判官再考慮鍾的保釋申請，無理由不告訴法庭，讓被告繼續還押。
